about & contact

I am an illustrator, designer, writer, and overall narrative creator. I received an MFA in Visual Narrative from the School of Visual Arts (SVA) in NYC in 2017. I love taking "old" materials and making them new, and transforming written stories into interactive visual experiences. I create images using several media, including photo-illustration, mixed media collage, cut paper, and good ol' drawing.
My work has been recognized by American Illustration (AI) and was chosen for The ARCHIVE catalog in their AI44 competition. I am a recipient of the SVA Student Alumni Scholarship Award (2017) for work on my MFA thesis, a multimedia graphic novel called Landfall. In 2016, received a Shirley Holden Helberg Grant from the League of American PEN Women. Also exciting — a book I illustrated (The Candy Man Mystery, written by Rabbi Kerry Olitzky) was recently added to the collections of the National Library of Israel in Jerusalem.
